Name Change In Aadhaar Card

Documents required for name change in Aadhaar card (any one):

- Aadhaar Card Xerox
- Birth Certificate having full Name (Like Name Father Name/Mother Name Surname)
- Gazette copy
Or any other proof containing photo and xerox of real name.

Receipt for amendment will be given to the candidate by WhatsApp or Xerox. And Aadhaar card update will be done as per government guidelines.

Note: For any type of correction in Aadhaar card, the correction will be done only if there is a mobile number link in the Aadhaar card.

Birth Date Change In Aadhaar Card

Documents required for change of date of birth in Aadhaar card (any one):

- Birth Certificate
- Passport 
Or any other document recognized by the government which shows the date of birth and photo.

Receipt for amendment will be given to the candidate by WhatsApp or xerox And Aadhaar card update will be done as per government guidelines.

Note: For any type of correction in Aadhaar card, the correction will be done only if there is a mobile number link in the Aadhaar card.

Address Change in Aadhaar Card

Documents required for change of address in Aadhaar card:

- Light bill or Telephone bill (Max 3 Month Old)
- Election card
- Bank passbook or bank statement With Bank Stamp
- Driving license
Or a xerox of any other proof containing the name and address of the candidate.

Receipt for amendment will be given to the candidate by WhatsApp or Xerox. And Aadhaar card update will be done within 48 hours.

Note: For any type of correction in Aadhaar card, the correction will be done only if there is a mobile number link in the Aadhaar card.

New Pan Card

Documents Required for New PAN Card:

- 2 passport size photographs
- Aadhaar Card Xerox
- Signature
- Father's Full Name
- Name and Birth Date in Pancard will be printed as per the Aadhaar Card only.

Note: PDF file of New Pancard will be sent within 4 to 5 days on your mobile number. PAN card will arrive at Aadhaar card address in 20-25 days.

Change In Pan Card

Documents Required for Name and Birth Date Changes in PAN Card :

- 2 passport size photographs
- Aadhaar Card Xerox
- Old PAN card number or xerox
- Name and Birth Date in Pan card will be printed as per the Aadhaar Card only.

Note: PDF file of New Pan card will be sent within 4 to 5 days on your mobile number. PAN card will arrive at Aadhaar card address in 20-25 days.

Lost Pan Card

Documents Required for Lost PAN Card:

- 2 passport size photographs
- Aadhaar Card Xerox
- Old PAN card number or xerox

Note: PAN card will arrive at Aadhaar card address in 20-25 days.

New Ayushman Card

Documents required for New Ayushman Card:

- Ration Card
- Income Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
- Mobile No. 
For Sinior Citizen above 70 years, only aadhar card is required

Receipt for amendment will be given to the candidate by Whats App or Xerox.
